If you are looking for an original, reasonably priced commissioned painting, you have come to the right place. I love working with other people’s ideas just as much as I enjoy working with my own. Over the last 2 years, I have created dozens of commissioned pieces, and they presented great opportunities to be versatile with my work.

HOW THE PROCESS WORKS:
1). Contact me with your idea or request. If necessary, send me a photo of what you want me to paint. If you live in Chicago area and want me to see your interior to get a better feel for the colors/size of you walls (that the painting will compliment), I can even pay you a visit.
2). I will provide you with a quote, or a price list of various canvas sizes.
3). I will also e-mail you a FREE pencil sketch of your proposed painting.
4). If you like the sketch, then you can place an order for the commission by providing me with a 1/3 deposit (the rest to be paid upon receipt and approval of your finished work).
5). I get to work! My typical turn-around time is 2 weeks, but this varies based on the size of your painting.  I can complete some small paintings in just 2 days, and my largest commissioned project took 1 ½ months.
6). As I am working on your piece, I periodically e-mail you digital photos of the progress. This way your are able to see how the colors and composition are evolving, and can tell me if any corrections or adjustments have to be made.
7). When the painting is finished, I e-mail you a few final photos for your last approval.
8). The painting dries, I varnish it, frame it (if requested), and deliver it to you. We settle up with the remaining 2/3 balance, and you hang the piece on your wall to be enjoyed for generations to come!!
