All works on this website are for sale unless otherwise noted.

Pricing:

Limited edition prints of most works are available and can be purchased directly through this website. Prices of prints (corresponding with sizes) are listed next to each artwork image. If you are interested in a custom print (custom size, matting, etc.) please contact me with your requirements and I will give you a quote.

Prices of originals (oil on canvas and acrylic on canvas paintings) are often not listed on the website due to variations in availability. When a painting is displayed in a gallery, it is only available for purchase through that gallery (and not through AnastasiaMak.com). If you would like to obtain information on ANY painting not priced on this website, please send me an e-mail, and I will get back to you promtly with its price and current location. If you are interested in seeing a painting in person, please contact me and we will arrange a viewing in my studio (and if that painting is currently on display, I will direct you to a gallery where it can be seen).

Due to variation in costs of paper, inks, paints, canvas and other materials, all prices are subject to change without notice.

Shipping:

All products (prints and finished paintings) are shipped within 5 business days from the time your payment clears. (Please note that custom prints and commissioned paintings will take longer to ship due to increased production time, in which case I will communicate with you and give you a time line.)

Also note that if you are making an electronic check (e-check) PayPal payment, it will take approximately 3-4 business days longer to clear than on-line credit card payments.

All orders will be shipped from Chicago area either via UPS Ground service, or USPS Priority Mail. Expedited shipping is available; additional charges will apply. However, in some cases expedited shipping costs can be waived if you reside in Chicago area - when a personal delivery can be arranged. Please contact to obtain rates on expedited shipping of specific products.

Once you order is shipped, I will send you a notification e-mail with a shipment's tracking number and/or expected date of delivery.

Damaged Goods and Refunds:

With any purchases you make through AnastasiaMak.com, Anastasia Mak insures that your product will reach you in a good condition and will replace damaged print(s) at no charge. Original print(s) must be returned to the merchant in order for replacement to take place. Notification of damaged or incorrect merchandise must be made within 5 days or receiving your product in order to obtain a replacement. Please note that original paintings are unique and can not be replaced with identical pieces. In case of damage in transit or your dissatisfaction with a painting, Anastasias Mak will work with you to correct the damage or replace a painting with a similar (or customized) piece. Refunds and exchanges (minus return shipping charges, unless special conditions apply) are granted when a request for a refund/exchange is made within 2 weeks of you receiving your merchandise. To obtain a refund/exchange, merchandise must be returned in the same condition as it was received. Payment Options:

All payments made for products on AnastasiaMak.com will be transmitted through a PayPal secure server. When you are making an on-line payment, you can choose to pay either with a credit card, or electronically by check (e-check).
